This is a letter
A letter from the sky
Like a tranquil lullaby
It smoothly flapped by
And flew off with speed
So it will reach you
Before you fall asleep

It carries my voice
Across the horizon
Playing amongst the black waves
'Til it has found
Its destination
And it reaches you
As a warm summer breeze

This is a letter
And it brings you my heart
So there will be no more nights
Spent so far apart
Look at the letter
